2 weeks holidays' almost up with school resuming this Monday. Exams were (thankfully) a breeze and am really happy with my results ^^ One last trimester to go, and I'd be done w/ school! Though the holidays were reallyyyyyyyy short, still happy I got to spend it most fruitfully, catching up w/ people I love and havent met for ages. Went to remove all 3 of my wisdom teeth, too.
1) Right after our last paper, Fattie & I went to eat, shop & catch the movie I've been dying to watch: Ah Boys to Men II. It was hilarious & certainly an awesome way to kickstart the sweet liberation.
2) Finally meeting my favourite big sistar, Cassie after what seemed like a thousand years.... Guess it'd have been at least a year not seeing each other? C brought me all the way to Joo Chiat for some good Viet food fix. Food there were surprisingly good and affordable. The Milk Kopi (not in pic) was ridiculously rich, I wonder how Viet people would enjoy such pleasures. The beef pho, (also not in pic, hahaha) fried springrolls and chilli were very yums too!
3) Zhen's 23rd. There was this rare occasion where everyone was free to celebrate Bestie's belated 23rd but unfortunately, she fell sick that very day and we just had to proceed on w dinner. It was still nice meeting @fatbunbun! Dinner @ Oriole Cafe n Bar but it kinda fell short of expectation, given the great reviews.
4) Then there was also this day where I met Bestie Zhen & Shan for an impromptu K session :) It's been too long since we last sang tgt!
5) Last Monday, Jie took the entire day off to spend quality time with me. I just love such days where we'd have the whole day to ourselves! Went to collect my new Note II, tried Taiwan's blackball dessert (man, i love that bowl of chewiness!), went shopping & met our couzzie for dinner!
Love the chewy taro, pearls and sweet potato balls! ^^
6) & finally meeting my dearest lamb & the usuals for dinner, singing & shopping :)
